About the team
Red Engine is Seven’s in-house creative agency – an award-winning team of multidisciplinary content makers who believe creativity has the power to change behaviors and inspire people.
Through the power of REDIQ we use the eyes and the ears of the nation to create inspiring, informed, and relevant content for partners that deliver remarkable results.

The Production Coordinator, Red Enginemanages the production of client content for the Red Engine team, particularly for our Sport and Digital platforms. You'll be the driving force behind bringing our bold visions to life, collaborating closely with teams across the board to ensure flawless execution.
Based in Sydney or Melbourne and Reporting to the Producer, Red Engine you’ll be:
- Budgeting Brilliance: Dive into the world of project budgets, timelines, and client expectations, managing them with finesse for some of Australia's most renowned brands.
- Creative Wizardry: Take on the challenge of interpreting our creative team's storyboards and scripts, turning their visions into awe-inspiring reality.
- Logistical Mastermind: Navigate the intricate web of project logistics, ensuring everything runs like clockwork to meet deadlines and stay within budget.
- Talent Liaison: Rub shoulders with our network talent, ensuring they're perfectly aligned with our project needs.
- Crew Cultivator: Source the best crews and talent for our diverse production requirements, ensuring every project shines.
You Are
- Passionate about production and able to bring a positive energy to any project you work on
- A problem solver who has previous experience managing end to end projects
- An effective communicator with a strong attention to detail
- Strong team player who knows how to develop great internal stakeholder relationships.

- Multi-tasker; able to work on several projects at various stages of development.
