WAREHOUSE – TRADESHOW ASSISTANT

THE ROLE
Due to business growth, we are seeking a Warehouse Assistant to assist with our busy tradeshow department. Reporting to the Tradeshow Leading Hand, the primary purpose of the role is to assist with warehouse requirements associated with Preparations, Bump in & Bump out of attended Tradeshows.
The role will also involve considerable Inter & Intra State travel.
Warehouse
- Collaborate with the Tradeshow Leading Hand to ensure show stock is picked and packed within required timeframes.
- Assist with the return of any stock back into wholesale shelf stock
Tradeshow
- Collaborate with tradeshow team to install racking for display product and advertising signage.
- Ensure excess stock is stored in an organised and efficient manner.
- Ensure stock is packed in an organised manner and ready for safe transport back to warehouse or onto next tradeshow.
- Comply with all tradeshow regulations around safety inductions and Toolbox meetings.
- Assist with other tradeshow related duties when required. E.g. Tradeshow stock replenishment, housekeeping, and sales.
THE SUCCESSFUL APPLICANT WILL HAVE
- Proven Warehouse KPI achievement including Inventory Accuracy and Lead Time performance.
- Ability to be flexible and adaptable to changing environments.
- Computer literacy across Microsoft Office, with knowledge of Pronto Software (not essential)
- Current driver's license and Forklift Ticket (HR license an advantage)
- Prior experience in the footwear or apparel industry would be well regarded.
- Availability to work some weekends and public holidays as required in line with tradeshow schedule.
- Previous experience in a tradeshow environment will be viewed favourably.
