An exciting opportunity exists to join our Sydney based team as Warranty Coordinator within our Group Warranty Processing Team. This role involves communicating with dealers and factory representatives, ensuring warranty claims are processed accurately and on time each day.
Responsibilities:
- The mediation of a customer warranty claims submitted.
- Returning any claim to the customer/dealer for correction as required.
- Review unfinished warranty claims on a regular basis.
- Respond to warranty related enquiry from dealers.
- Provide customer support on all warranty matters.
- Liaise with technical and regional service teams to ensure compliance by dealers with all warranty process and procedures.
- Contribute to dealer performance by assisting with new dealer training as required.
Requirements
- Completion of industry specific training, including trade qualification automotive mechanics highly regarded.
- Intermediate level experience in all microsoft office products especially microsoft excel.
- Experience using AS400/IDS/MDS systems will be a definite advantage.
- Experience in automotive service & warranty. Experience must be up to date and may be in dealership only.
Opportunities within distributors at this level do not arise very often.
