Waste Management Engineer

We're looking for an Engineer- Waste Management to become an integral part of our growing team based in our Gold Coast office, with our waste service line collaborating across regions.

Working with an energetic and high performing team, this position offers a variety of work and will see you involved in:

• Supporting the delivery of a diverse range of projects including waste facility design, resource recovery and Waste Management projects throughout South-East Queensland and Australia.
• Management of multi-disciplinary project teams to deliver projects and proposals in line with our required quality standards
• Maintaining relationships with clients, regulatory agencies and other stakeholders.
• Assisting in the development of junior staff members and participating in ongoing external training and development activities

What you will bring to the team:

• Degree qualification in relevant discipline area (environmental engineering, civil engineering etc)
• 5 plus years of experience in engineering associated with waste facilities (ideally with experience in the consulting industry)
• Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to communicate with internal and external clients clearly and concisely.
• Experience in managing projects related to waste facility design.
