CamdenCouncil are seeking a motivated Waste Operations Support Officer to support ourgrowing Waste and City Presentation service.
Theposition will provide support to the Team Leader Waste Collections and WasteDrivers with the coordination of day-to-day operations and the delivery ofa safe and effective waste service with a strong customer service focus.

Essential:
Experience in leading or supporting an operational team
Sound computer skills
HR drivers’ licence with experience in operating heavy vehicles
Demonstrated ability to work and participate in a team environment
Judgement, problem solving and negotiation skills
Effective communication skills
To meet Council's WHS requirements and inaccordance with Council's Covid-19 Safety Plans, this position has beenidentified via risk assessment to be required to be fully vaccinated forCOVID-19 or provide evidence of an approved medical contraindication. If amedical contraindication certificate is provided, it will be assessed against arisk assessment and the decision of whether Council accepts the medicalcontraindication certificate, will be based on operational needs.
