About the Position
To support our growing fleet, Foraco have a rare opportunity for an experienced licensed Water Well Driller to join our WA operations servicing the Pilbara region. The candidate will be responsible for leading and managing the day-to-day operations of your drill crew, which will include:
- Ensure safety compliance in accordance with Safety Regulations, as well as Company, Client, and Site policies and procedures
- Play an active role in team development through coaching and mentoring up and coming offsiders and trainees
- Provide leadership and support to drill crew
- Assist with general mechanical maintenance and servicing of rig fleet
- Participate in client interactions professionally to execute drill program successfully
About You
To be considered for this role, we are seeking the following:
- Experience in drilling monitoring and production size bores, 8” – 24” diameter
- Hold a WA Water Well Licence, or hold equivalent interstate licence (essential)
- HR Licence or above (essential)
- Minimum Cert III in Drilling Operations (essential)
- Current National Police Clearance (essential)
- Senior First Aid certificate (desirable)
- 4WD certificate (desirable)
- Able to pass full pre-employment medical
