The Role
Brand Development
- Lead the development and evolution of our brand identity, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business goals and translate them into effective visual communication.
- Design and implement visually stunning and user-centric websites that align with the brand guidelines.
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers and developers to ensure seamless integration of design elements.
- Develop and execute creative strategies that enhance our brand presence and user experience.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and competitor activities to drive continuous improvement.
- Work closely with marketing, product, and development teams to ensure alignment between design, messaging, and functionality.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior designers, fostering a collaborative and creative team culture.
- Create and design a variety of templates for web pages, email campaigns, social media graphics, and other digital assets that align with the brand's identity.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables exceed expectations.
- Collaborate with external agencies or freelancers when necessary.
- Produce detailed guidelines and document design processes to ensure that team members can replicate and implement designs with fidelity.
- Extensive experience in brand and website design, preferably in the software industry (global B2B SaaS environments requiring matrix working style is highly desirable).
- Proven track record of successful website launches and brand development.
- Strong project management and problem-solving abilities.
- Demonstrated ability to think creatively and strategically to bring fresh ideas to the table.
- A portfolio showcasing a range of design projects and a keen eye for detail.
- Proficient in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, and Figma.
- Strong understanding of web design principles, HTML, CSS, and responsive design.
