Our client is a Leading Australian Company who have been established for over 40 years. Currently based in modern corporate offices close to Chatswood railway station, they will be moving to Thornleigh in the 2nd half of this year (parking available).
Working as an integral part of a small divisional team, this is a varied an interesting position requiring top attention to detail and strong data entry skills.
Specific tasks include:
- Entering supplier price lists and data required for order processing
- Creating lists using Excel
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to ensure all necessary information is provided and entered accurately
- Collecting and delivering documents to external stakeholders
- Collecting and distributing mail
- Answering reception area enquiries
- Maintaining office supplies and general upkeep
