About us
The ‘A’ symbol in Fallon & Co. means “create your reality”, and that is exactly what we do. We redefine reality for our clients, turning their business vision into tangible outcomes. We are a young, rapidly growing marketing and business development agency, where hard work, passion, collaboration, and a touch of craziness merges to push the boundaries of what’s possible for our clients.
Role overview
As a Marketing Specialist at Fallon & Co, you will play a pivotal role in our clients’ growth, working in a dynamic and ever-changing environment. No two days are the same when working with us, and you’ll need to be comfortable with a manageable level of chaos and a bit of banter, as we hustle to deliver beyond expectations. Experience working in an agency, or a consultancy position will hold you in good stead for this position, where you’ll be managing multiple relationships and tasks concurrently.
In addition to the right attitude and putting our clients’ needs at the centre of everything we do, your role will involve:
Client, team, and media relations:
- Working closely with multiple clients and teams at any given time, juggling deadlines and expectations to drive marketing efforts with overall business objectives.
- Assisting management to empower the team to manage client relationships effectively, fostering a culture of learning and growth.
- Deliver personalised and innovative services, exceeding client expectations and strengthening client relationships. You’ll provide clients with a superior level of support while having a friendly and warm demeanour that helps build trust and develop relationships.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with media outlets, influencers, and industry partners on behalf of clients to boost brand awareness and manage clients' public image.
Digital and traditional marketing:
- A strong background in digital marketing is essential. You’ll be overseeing internal and external outputs to bridge the gap between client requests, the strategic intent and content creation from junior team members.
- Plan, execute, and optimise targeted digital marketing campaigns for clients, incorporating Social Media, SEO, email marketing, and social media advertising.
- Proactively drive digital marketing channels, making suggestions to aid growth and align strategy with execution.
- Managing all areas of social media and email marketing for specific clients, as well as analysing and interpreting data to draw insights and optimise performance.
Strategy and Planning:
- Develop innovative marketing and business development strategies tailored to the unique needs and goals of individual clients.
- Provide ideas, strategies, and help execute internal business development initiatives for Fallon & Co to foster our own growth and enhance internal operational efficiency.
- Research, edit and assist with other strategic opportunities for clients as they arise.
Content development and brand management:
- Create captivating, brand-aligned content, ensuring a seamless and compelling narrative.
- Communicate effectively and work to ensure a unified and cohesive brand representation across all client touchpoints.
- CREATIVITY! We’re not boring and our clients aren’t either, so we want to create content that is interesting, engaging and on-brand!
Data-driven analytics and optimisation:
- Utilise analytics tools to track, analyse, and report on the performance of marketing campaigns for full transparency and continual improvement.
- Make informed, data-driven decisions to optimise marketing strategies and campaigns.
The ultimate measure of success will see a strong mutual trust built between each other, that allows you to prosper, with autonomy and respect.
