The Role:
- CLEAN Portfolio of 180 properties
- Servicing and building strong and long-lasting client relationships
- Handling maintenance and improvements
- Tribunal preparation & attendance
- Escalated issues within the portfolio
- Delegating and managing your assistant
- Using Property Me software
- Assistance with ongoing, outgoings and routines from the leasing consultant
- All entries for new tenancies and properties
- Saturday inspections
- Previous Property Management experience managing a portfolio
- Must have ‘tools of the trade’ – Certification of Registration, Car & Drivers Licence
- Experience in building and maintaining relationships
- Proficient knowledge of the NSW legislation
- Immaculate presentation and superior communication skills
- Experienced Assistant to support you
- Above Market Salary $95,000 package
