With over 42 years experience, Illawarra Catering Equipment is an industry leader in complete kitchen and bar fit-outs, installation of refrigeration, kitchen utensils, catering equipment sales and servicing. We service trade and public.    

We are ready to employ a E-Commerce Specialist to join our growing team.  E-Commerce to plan and develop overall sales and growth plans, develop an maintain all web sites.  This is a "hands-on" role and the right candidate is responsible for coordinating our national online sales process and manage the online enquiries to provide 100% client satisfaction.

The Role

• Reporting and analytics of various data
• Liaise with Customers and Suppliers
• Maintain and update customer files & database
• Create and execute email campaigns 
• Support the Sales department with ad hoc creative projects
• Understand brand awareness and website funnels through our e-commerce platform
• Smooth and timely execution of loyalty and online promotions via promotional engine in-line with the Marketing Calendar
• Regularly analyse and act on data from Google Analytics, Adwords and Google Console

Your Skills and experience

• 3+ years E-commerce experience in a retail/wholesale environment
• Listing items on eBay, Amazon and our website (other platforms will follow)
• Proficient with Adobe Creative suites : Indesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Dreamweaver, Adobe Acrobat
• Proven exceptional writing, grammar, and spelling skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
• E-mail marketing campaign knowledge such as Mailchimp, or similar (required)
• An understanding of Google Adwords, Analytics and Webmaster with a good knowledge of reporting functions
• Conversion Rate Optimisation and SEO Experience
• Previous experience in Shopify or Big Commerce (advantageous)
• Clear understanding of Google Suite of Products and Web Site Data Knowledge
• Keyword reporting and Content marketing
• Understanding Pixels in social media and scheduling programs
• Knowledge of data feeds, API and Online Marketplaces
• Knowledge of the e-commerce market places & best practices to drive sales
• Drive improvements to deliver site performance, conversion, revenue, cart abandonment, loyalty, etc.
