- Salary range ($75,992 to $83,211) + weekend penalties
With the construction of our expansion project currently underway and scheduled for completion in 2022, the Gallery is poised to deliver a new state-of-the-art building located next to our existing and much-loved building. Providing us with close to double the current exhibition space, the expanded Gallery will enable us to share more art with more people and provide more family, learning and educational programming for all our audiences.

About the Role
Responsible for the majority of wedding and social event sales at the Gallery. Responds to enquiries, prepares quotes, conducts site inspections and is the main planning and event day contact for these events.

What technical / soft skills you require * Some experience in an event sales environment with an enthusiasm and willingness to learn and develop
- Well-developed MS Office skills and an understanding of event service technology including Audio Visual.
- Strong time management and prioritising skills with strong communication skills and a high level of attention to detail
- RSA certificate
- Ability to work Tuesday to Saturday roster and evenings as required.
- Describe your process for handling multiple events at the same time. How do you prioritise your time and resources? (400 word limit)
The successful applicant will be required to undertake a National Police Records Check, refer to link;
