Form of work We are seeking a Weekend Chef for an Aged Care facility on Sydney's Lower North Shore - near Gladesville.
The Role:
Saturday & Sunday
9am - 5:30pm
$30 per hour loadings
40 Bed facility
You will work with your team to ensure residents? dietary needs are met with varied and nutritious food.
You will be responsible for:
Preparing and presenting food for the residents
Maintaining a clean working environment
Adherence to food hygiene & safety practices
Providing fast, effective service with a positive attitude
About You:
Australian citizen or resident with full work rights
Experience as a Chef in Aged Care
Qualification in Commercial Cookery or equivalent
Food Safety Supervisor Certificate (advantageous)
Strong communication skills
