Your new role

A new opportunity has become available to join our team in Minto as a customer service-oriented weighbridge operator. This customer-facing role will enable you to further develop invaluable skills in the day to day running of our operations. 

You will be rewarded with ongoing mentoring opportunities, working for a sustainable growing business with class-leading technology.  

Your responsibilities will include

• Timely and professional customer service
• Completion of payments in accordance with customer trading terms
• Accurate record-keeping in line with company requirements
• Maintaining an organised office, including organisation of files and records
• Providing administrative support to the Yard Manager
• Demonstrating a high focus on safety
• Processing of invoices & placing of orders 
• Handling incoming phone calls and enquiries 

To be successful in this opportunity, you will have

• Demonstrated Computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite & data entry (especially Word and Excel) 
• Reliable and efficient team player 
• Good communication and customer-facing skills 
• Friendly telephone manner 
• An organised approach, you will manage your time effectively 

Desirable criteria

• Experience with invoicing
• Previous experience operating a weighbridge will be highly advantageous but is not essential
