Address All Saints’ College Maitland is seeking a temporary full-time (38 hours per week) Welcome Centre Assistant to join the team until the transition to one Campus (expected end of 2025).
All Saints’ College is a coeducational year 7-12 Catholic School which is part of the Maitland Newcastle Diocese system of schools.
With approximately 1400 students and 200 staff learning and working across 2 campuses, we are the largest school in our diocese and one of the largest Catholic Schools in the state.
The Junior Campus caters for our year 7-10 students, and the Senior Campus caters for our senior students in years 11 and 12.
Following the decision by the Diocese in 2021 the College will be transitioning to one campus in the next few years.

POSITION DESCRIPTION
The ASC Welcome Centre Assistant reports directly to the Manager of ASC Welcome Centre and provides support to the Manager of the ASC Welcome Centre through supervising the administration team operating on the alternate campus site of ASC College.
This position supports the Manager of ASC Welcome in the oversight of outstanding customer service and administrative support to staff, students, visitors and other stakeholders.
