Property Manager - Wfh + Take Home Car!

Offering a range of specialised residential Property and building services, its mission is to maximise investor returns by implementing efficient Property Management systems, facilitated by experienced and dedicated staff. 

This is an opportunity for a Property Manager to manage a tidy portfolio of 150 properties in the Northern suburbs of Brisbane - working from home, with flexible hours on offer! They have a rare role available with a unique business structure, still managing properties, although with multiple tenants in co-living communities - a fulfilling position, with a similar/different approach to everyday Property Management. 

The Role:

• Portfolio Management of 150 properties 
• North side portfolio
• WFH - full autonomy with satellite offices in Brisbane
• No trust accounting or invoicing
• Process and follow up on maintenance orders 
• Prepare CMA's for lease renewals  
• Issue leases  
• Manage arrears 
• Conduct exit reports
• Upload rental listings online 
• Tenant sign-ups 
• Liaise with owners and tenants 
• Oragnise/manage co-living additional/extra options

The Candidate:

• Previous Property Management experience
• A current Certificate of Registration is essential
• A valid driver's license
• Strong Communication and organisation skills are a MUST 
• Previous experience using Property ME software advantageous
• RELIABLE & TRUSTWORTHY - must be able to work autonomously
