SalaryAbout Us: Finestra Steel Doors + Windows is a family-owned company specialising in the manufacture of high-end steel doors and windows in the retail, hospitality and commercial industry. With a strong pipeline of upcoming work, we are looking for 2x experienced Full Time Welder/Fabricator/Boilermaker to join our team with an immediate start.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Trade relevant qualification
- Driver's Licence (not essential)
- MIG & TIG welding experience
- Experience in metal fabrication, cutting and welding of ferrous and non-ferrous metals
Job Tasks & Responsibilities:
- Read & interpret workshop drawings
- Assist our Production Manager with day-to-day warehouse activities
- Metal Fabrications – including both MIG and TIG mild steel ;
- Cutting using a cold saw drilling and milling
- Welding/Grinding
- Assembly
- Work well in a team environment
- Maintain a safe, clean and healthy work environment
- Consistently follow quality control processes and documentation
- Assisting with the packaging & delivery of final products to clients when necessary

In order to be considered for this role, you must be eligible to work in Australia with no restrictions ready to start immediately.
We are open to the successful candidate either working on a hourly rate or salary.
Hourly Rates between $35 - $40 per hour
Schedule: Full Time, 8 Hour Shifts, Monday to Friday 7am - 3pm (negotiable) , Overtime Rates Available
