What is the role, what will I be doing?
The position exists to assist the sales team to generate business growth via well-articulated value propositions to the end use customer, within identified target market segments.
The primary purpose of this position is to create case study successes, relating to targeted welding and heating solutions, assisting product development, and the development and implementation of the go-to-market strategy.
Reporting to the Product and Sales Manager – End Markets, who is based in the Adelaide Head Office, you will be responsible for converting end users to WIA/ITW products and services.
Your role will be critical in achieving our company's sales and profit objectives while fostering strong relationships with key stakeholders.

A desire and ability to provide effective Welding Application solutions is paramount.
We are looking for someone with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to engage with a wide range of current, and prospective clients effectively.
Proficiency in utilising the Microsoft suite of products will be highly regarded.
Can you demonstrate capability of establishing and developing sustainable, long-term business relationships?
Do you have a demonstrable understanding of welding processes and applications?
Perhaps you come from a Boilermaker/Welder trade background?
Maybe you possess post trade qualifications, such as a welding inspector?
Do you possess Mechanical, Electronic Engineering, or welding supervisory qualifications?
Maybe you have the ability to analyse market trends within the various welding market segments?
Can you deliver “Hands on, value add” demonstrations to key national accounts?
Do you possess the ability to interpret customers’ needs and then be able to link them to the solution?
Would you enjoy undertaking sales demonstrations, providing technical advice, and being involved in trade promotions?
