About the role:
- Coordinate well service operations, equipment, and personnel movements in a professional, competent, and safe manner.
- Serve as the key point of contact for clients regarding operations.
- Pre-plan and manage equipment and crews.
- Update invoicing and forecasting spreadsheets as required.
- Regularly update personnel and payroll spreadsheets, including contractor tracking.
- Ensure reports are reviewed and placed on the server.
- Raise purchase orders as per work instructions.
- Regularly review supplier pricing.
- Coordinate the movement of materials along the supply chain.
- Liaise with oil company representatives regarding operations.
- Review/create P&IDs, layout, well test design packages, and procedures.
- Manage current inventory and anticipate future needs.
- Allocate resources to maximize the completion of both current and future goals.
- Plan according to the best information available, but be prepared to adjust if conditions shift.
- Ensure all corporate communications are conveyed to personnel.
- Comply with all QHSE and HR policies and procedures.
- Adhere to the Code of Integrity and Professional Conduct at all times.
- Extensive experience with oil and gas well site operations.
- Experience with inventory management of equipment, parts, and spares.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in the oil and gas industry.
- Experience with onshore well test, slickline, and well integrity services.
