Our Wellbeing, Health & Safety team comprises a team of professionals who advise and support our internal businesses in all things health, safety and wellbeing. We strive to empower our leaders and employees to take a proactive approach to the prevention of physical and psychological injury and ill-health with an early intervention and injury management framework to ensure the right support at the right time, blending technical skills and strategy to advise our internal functions and teams with spectacular results. And our team is expanding. We’re looking for a Wellbeing Health & Safety Coordinator with a passion for contemporary health, safety and wellbeing, to help us continuously improve and grow our services and achieve optimal outcomes for our people, within our vast community of solvers.

Day to day, you’ll solve problems by providing functional support and delivery of programs across the Wellbeing, Health and Safety function in order to improve the wellbeing, health and safety performance of the Firm. In our Wellbeing, Health & Safety team, you’ll also:
Support the team in business engagement, workers compensation, injury management and risk management activities
Support the development of team processes, resources and procedures to enable efficient ways of working
Support the implementation of wellbeing initiatives and events such as flu-shot programs and R U Ok Day campaigns etc
Be involved in the management and preparation of monthly communications aligned to a WHS communication calendar
Assist across projects and initiatives being led by the WHS function, and undertaking research as required
Assist in the development, preparation and coordination of WHS training programs and activities
Assist with the maintenance of our WHS management system and related documentation
More About You
You will play an important role in all aspects of wellbeing, health and safety and develop skills that align with your interest and passion in this discipline.
Having or working towards a qualification in Work Health and Safety, Organisational Psychology or a related discipline would be fields of study complementary to this role.
Minimum of two years experience in an administrative role, well developed MS Office / Google suite skills
High work ethic and keenness to learn, with high attention to detail, accuracy, excellent time management ability
An ability to adapt well to fast-paced complex environments.
