We are seeking an innovative Wellness Managerto run and grow the business within the over 60's community, as well as the residential aged care facility.
The role of a Wellness Manager
- Implement and develop a wellbeing framework that supports a wellness and reablement model of care
- Conducting individual health assessments and implement plans that promote optimal Health and mobility of residents and community clients
- Run and/or manage individual physiotherapy and exercise physiology services, as well as group programs of various sizes
- Drive brand awareness and create marketing initiatives to promote services on offer
- Network with the community to grow customer base
The ideal candidate
- Will hold a Bachelor/Master of Physiotherapy (or similar) and current AHPRA registration
- Can demonstrate experience in physiotherapy practice, people and organisational management, financial management, business development and innovation
- Has a thorough understanding that purpose-built equipment facilitate desired outcomes from the programs being delivered. Thrive currently sources equipment from HUR Australia
- Will have experience in utilising practice manage software across key areas such as billing, client management and roster. Experience with ‘Cliniko’ or a similar program desirable
