In light of our recent expansion and growth, PARC Engineering are seeking a skilled White Collar Recruiterto join our dynamic Recruitment Team here in Applecross.
We are looking to hire someone on casual basis with the potential to go to fulltime.

Key Responsibilities:
- Source and attract qualified candidates, such as Project Engineers, Superintendents, Supervisors and HSE Advisors through various channels
- Screen and interview potential candidates to assess their skills and fit for the role
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates
- Lead the end-to-end recruitment process with professionalism and efficiency.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in the White Collar space in construction and infrastructure industries
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisation and time-management abilities
- The ability to work in a fast paced environment.
- Experience with Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel.
