Job DescriptionWe have an exciting opportunity for a dynamic Recruitment Consultant specializing in White Collar roles to join our team at Talent. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a knack for building strong relationships, this role is for you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and target new business opportunities within the professional services (White Collar) sectors, including finance, legal, consulting, IT, engineering, and other related industries.
- Conduct market research to understand potential clients' recruitment needs and develop strategies to approach and secure new clients through cold calling, networking, and leveraging industry contacts.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in current client companies to understand their evolving recruitment needs and identify opportunities for new business.
- Regularly engage with existing clients to ensure satisfaction with our services and address any issues or concerns promptly.
- Plan the screening, search, and selection process, ensuring its effective implementation and conclusion. Interview and profile applicants to ensure a suitable match between the applicant and the vacancy requirement.
- Prepare applicants for interviews, set up interviews on behalf of clients, and coordinate recruitment progress with clients and applicants. Arrange for applicant placements and coordinate follow-up activity with all applicants placed.
- Proven experience in recruitment, within the professional services (White Collar) sectors.
- Strong business development skills, with a track record of identifying and securing new business opportunities.
- Excellent relationship-building and client management skills.
- Exceptional interview and profiling skills, with the ability to match candidates to client requirements effectively.
- Strong organizational and administrative skills, with proficiency in record-keeping and using recruitment software (e.g., Bullhorn).
