Position Title: Wholesale Account Manager
Maintain and grow Wholesale Accounts.
Salary: $60k-$80k base + super + car/car allowance + commissions
1. ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT
Build and maintain strong, long lasting relationships with Wholesale accounts by understanding their needs, ensuring they are satisfied.
Acting as the customers main point of contact.
Ensuring quotes, samples and product data is supplied in industry leading time-frames.
Regular account check-ins via phone, email and sms.
2. BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
Researching, qualifying and onboarding new accounts.
bIncrease SOW (Share of Wallet) with existing accounts by identifying what products they are purchasing elsewhere, and gaining that business.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate the following:
- Hunger to exceed.
- Ability in use of computer and software efficiently.
- Be highly motivated, hardworking and can work autonomously.
- Excellent phone manner.
- Ability to push through roadblocks with customer interaction and look at alternate levels and paths of engagement.
- Excellent organisational and reporting keeping skills
- Love of KPIs and achievement.
