We are a rapidly expanding team with strong company core values and a focus on redefining our industry within the wholesale fashion landscape. We are currently seeking a passionate Account Manager to provide exceptional customer service to our existing clientele via different platforms like our showroom, phone, texts and email. This is an opportunity to immersed in the fashion industry and utilise different skills in a fast paced environment.
We offer generous weekly, monthly and yearly bonuses/incentives and believe in rewarding for high performance. Annual base salary (based on experience) plus unlimited bonus per week if weekly target is achieved, on average potential of earning up to $200-$500+ added to weekly wage (amounts to $10-20k potential annual bonus). In addition to weekly bonus, we also have achievable monthly team bonuses and yearly bonuses.

The position is available for full time only at our Surry Hills showroom office in the heart of the Fashion Wholesale industry, conveniently located 3 minute walk from Central Station.

About the role
- Managing customer accounts and building relationships with regular buyers from existing database of online and physical store retailers/shop owners
- Providing customer service in the showroom and online channels, selling full range of styles to B2B clientele
- Maximising sales with excellent product knowledge and upselling
- Sending personalised text and email recommendations
- Responding to emails and answering phone calls, following up on orders
- Processing orders and creating invoices
- Providing feedback to management and design teams on stock levels, bestsellers and customer feedback
- Merchandising the showroom and front window mannequin displays
- Achieving set weekly/monthly KPI's
Requirements
- Passionate about delivering high standard in customer service
- Possesses excellent communication and people skills
- Has the ability to build strong, long-term relationships with customers
- Ability to multi task and be an all-rounder
- Proven sales experience
- Be self- motivated and able to work independently
- Demonstrate great organisation, planning and time management skills
- Strong work ethic and positive can-do attitude
You are required to have at least 2 year of customer service/sales experience.
