Responsibilities:
Maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with Wholesale accounts by understanding their needs and ensuring satisfaction.
- Increase Share of Wallet (SOW) with existing accounts by identifying products they are purchasing elsewhere and gaining that business.
- Act as the main point of contact for customers.
- Ensure quotes, samples, and product data are supplied within industry-leading timeframes.
- Conduct regular account check-ins via phone, email, and SMS.
- Research, qualify, and onboard new accounts.
Key Qualifications and Attributes
- Minimum 1 year experience in operations/account management, customer service, internal sales, or a similar relationship management role.
- Excellent communication/presentation skills and ability to build relationships.
- Commercially-minded and excited about developing new businesses
- Proficiency in the use of computers and software.
- Highly motivated, hardworking, and capable of working autonomously.
- Ability to overcome obstacles in customer interaction and explore alternate levels and paths of engagement.
- Excellent organizational and record-keeping skills.
- Passion for KPIs and achievement.
