In this role you are responsible for:
- Maintaining and building customer relationships with our global customers including boutique stores, department stores and online stores
- Meticulous maintenance of data including stockist information and cashflow projections, as well as update & maintaining CRM system
- Efficient and courteous correspondence with stockists to maintain current accounts
- Seeking new business through marketing campaigns and direct email messaging
- Preparing orders for stockists by assisting with picking, packing, invoicing and shipping
- Checking all invoices, including commission invoices for agents, and confirming all details and amounts due are correct
- Liaising with Webshop and Inventory teams in relation to stock availability
- Maintaining current files including printed and electronic documents
- Maintaining and updating current stockist information forms, terms and conditions, policies, etc.
- Liaising with PR & Marketing team on stockist requests for imagery
- Contacting new stockists, ensuring required information and details are received, recorded, reviewed and assessed
- Attending conference calls with stockists to assist with order placement and updates on order status
- Updating company manual and enhancing current processes to improve efficiency following discussion with the Director
- Creating wholesale guides and any additional wholesale tools as required
- Maintaining records of credit notes and ensuring invoices are accurate
- Managing stockists with special requirements / requests and ensuring all relevant requirements are undertaken and completed
- Accepting, arranging and maintaining backorders for stockists, including providing regular updates
- Coordinating wholesale team and casual staff to assign tasks and improve efficiencies as required
- Researching as required
- Any other duties as requested by the Director
You will have the following qualifications and skills:
- To be considered for this role you must have university qualifications and/or industry experience with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in Australia
- A professional yet bright and friendly demeanour with excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- High level of independence, confidentiality, adaptability and initiative with ability to work as part of a team
- Extremely organised, meticulous administration skills, excellent time management and strong attention to detail
- Strong work ethic and ability to work under pressure
- Business minded with interest and understanding of brand identity
- Proactive with strong initiative, continually forward planning
- Sales experience essential
- Creative and ability to adapt in a dynamic role
- Exceptional IT and trouble shooting skills – MAC, Xero, Google Sheets, Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, PowerPoint and Excel
- Experience with enterprise resource planning (ERP) and B2B software systems advantageous but not essential
- Analytical with ability to learn new platforms and software programs as required
- CRM knowledge advantageous but not essential.
