The Wholesale Account Coordinator is a junior-mid level team member in the Sales and Marketing Team, who is responsible for account management and sales order coordination of boutique wholesale clients.
Key Performance Indicators:
Boutique to Mid-tier Wholesale Order Coordination: Be a strong member in the sales coordination team in managing boutique tier sales orders of, ensuring precise processing from receipt to delivery, aiming for seamless customer experiences.
Relationship Management: Cultivate and optimise the boutique
Wholesale client accounts with the team, focusing on nurturing long-term relationships and maximising sales potential to grow from boutique to mid-sized accounts.
Identification and Pursuit of New Business Opportunities: Proactively identify and pursue opportunities for new independent business with wholesale clients.
Analysis and Reporting: Participate in periodical reporting and analysis with the Sales and Marketing team.
Key Success Indicators:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proactive, enthusiastic, and customer/client-centric approach
- Familiarity with Indigo 8, Fineline or similar systems
- Intermediate Excel skills
- Willingness to learn and adapt
- Strong organisational and planning skills
