- Customers : Proactively reach out to existing wholesale customers and warm leads via phone calls to introduce new and established collectables with the goal of generating sales and securing orders.
- Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by providing personalised service, addressing their needs and preferences, and offering tailored recommendations to enhance their shopping experience.
- Sales Generation: Effectively communicate product features, benefits, and value propositions to customers, influencing them to make purchases and up sell additional items to increase order value.
- Order Processing: Accurately process sales orders, including recording customer information, product details, and payment processing, ensuring timely and efficient order fulfilment and delivery.
- Follow-Up: Follow up with customers to confirm order details, provide order status updates, and address any questions or concerns they may have, ensuring a positive and seamless purchasing experience.
- Performance Metrics: Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics, including call volume, conversion rates, and order value.
- Previous experience in Inside Sales, telemarketing, or customer service roles, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage customers over the phone, build rapport, and influence purchasing decisions.
