We are seeking a WHS Assistant.
About the Role: This is a full-time position where you will support the WHS manager on sites in the CBD and suburbs of Sydney.
The WHS Advisor will be responsible for managing site works including return to work co-ordination, site inspections, audits, overseeing training and procedures. Progression internally also available.
The WHS Advisor will be responsible for:
- Injury management & Return to work co-ordination
- Site inspections
- Audits
- Training co-ordination
- WHS relevant paperwork
- Procedures and policies input/compliance monitoring
- Incident reporting and investigation
Skills and Experience
- Right to work in Australia
- Cert IV in WHS preferred but not essential.
- Junior's accepted
- Room to grow within the company.
- Must be able to drive.
- Must have white card.
- Construction experience preferred but not necessary
- Excellent time management skills.
- Keen to learn in a hand on, social environment.
- Be willing to do overtime if required.
