Exciting opportunity for an experienced Health & Safety Business Partner to drive safe culture across two sites - FMCG business

The Company
This reputable FMCG business with a global presence who continue to grow is seeking a Safety Business Partner to support their sites across Australia.
The Role
The role of Safety Business Partner is focused on the continuation of driving a culture of safety across the business. The key duties will include the following:

• Develop, review and maintain the Health and Safety Management System;
• Conduct training and presentations for health & safety matters;
• Conduct safety audits across all sites and identify risks;
• Develop initiatives to promote Health & Safety improvement strategies across the business; and
• Evaluate practices, procedures and facilities to assess risk and adhere to regulations.

Your Background
In order to be successful in this role, you will:

• 5+ years' experience as a health & safety professional within an FMCG business
• Have a strong track record in driving a safety culture across the business
• Knowledge of Australian safety Legislation, Codes of Practice and Standards
• Have a thorough understanding of OH&S legislation and the ability to educate and train
