We are seeking dedicated WHS Consultants to join our client, working with a variety of clients in nationally. This is an excellent opportunity to significantly impact workplace safety across various industries.
About the Role & Client:
As a WHS Consultant, you will be a vital part of our client's WHS consulting specialists. You will be responsible for delivering and advising on practicable solutions to identify and mitigate risks in the workplace. Reporting to a Senior WHS Consultant, you will work closely with clients and workplace managers to provide professional and technical WHS advice and guidance, ensuring strategic safety objectives are met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and mitigate risks by implementing practical solutions.
- Conduct site assessments and audits to ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Develop and implement safety training programs for clients.
- Prepare detailed reports and recommendations based on safety assessments.
Skills & Requirements:
- Relevant health & safety qualifications (minimum Cert IV WHS), coupled with relevant WHS industry experience.
- The ability to frequently travel Sydney Metro, regional NSW, and interstate (including overnight travel)
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A current Australian driver's license and access to your own vehicle.
Location & Roster:
This role is based in Sydney, with travel to various sites within the region. The position offers a Monday to Friday roster with flexible working arrangements.
