You will join a team of specialist consultants in the delivery of strategic WHS services to a broad range of clients across varied industries. - Provide leadership and coaching to the WHS Team, including direct and non-direct reports
- Contribute to improving internal processes and procedures
- Seek opportunities for self-development, and the development of your team
- Tertiary degree in Health and Safety
- 5+ years experience in WHS Advisory (consulting preferred)
- Strong WHS consulting experience
- Superior communication, client service, people management and project management skills
- Thorough knowledge of WHS legislation and current issues in WHS
- Understanding and application of risk management principles in the management of WHS hazards
- Exemplar Global OHS auditor accreditation (desirable)
- Current drivers license and ability for some regional/interstate and overnight travel
- Advanced influencing and negotiating skills
- Excellent personal presence and credibility, with the confidence to be an excellent ambassador for Marsh Advisory, both internally and the wider Marsh brand, and externally in the industry
- Interpersonal and leadership skills for the purposes of coaching, mentoring and interacting with clients and colleagues

We have immediate growth opportunities available across NSW and as a Managing Consultant/NSW Regional Leader, you will play a pivotal role in leading a small, highly skilled team of WHS consultants.
