Organisational health is complex – so each Q5 intervention is unique, so whether an organisation has a strategic conundrum, market opportunity or operational gripe, we work with them to make things better.

Practice Management

  • You will take responsibility for mentoring one or more of our Consultants or Senior Consultants, helping them to drive their development as well as managing performance conversations with confidence and clarity.
  • You will support the Q5’s Buddy system and get involved in assisting in the onboarding of new joiners.
  • You will contribute to the Q5 ecosystem by leading the development of new concepts, delivering training and leading committees.

  • Proven track record of successfully delivering consulting projects, meeting client expectations and achieving desired outcomes
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships, and work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams towards achieving project goals
  • Relevant tertiary qualification in business, psychology, or a related field
