In this role, you will:
- Leads client account teams in the service delivery of all account activity as well as provides the strategic direction of the account.
- Generates profitable revenue growth through new business development and current client engagements.
- Responsible for the management, development and mentoring of consultants and senior consultants
- Drive capacity planning and work with your teams to manage resources so the teams stay motivated as the business accelerates.
- Identify opportunities for new business and always look at creative ways to build business for Archetype
- 8-12 years of agency experience in communications consulting, preferably in corporate and technology practices
- Have an integrated skill set with clear understanding on how to drive integrated campaigns
- Excellent spoken and written English; a great writer who is able to draft strategic plans and PR materials with ease
- Ability to lead teams and consistently excel clients’ expectations
- You have a proven record in achieving high client satisfaction and retention levels
- Proven experience at managing, coaching, and supporting team members with client work and career progression
- Proven ability to deliver high quality client counsel, formulate and deliver strategic ideas and solutions to meet client objectives
