Dowell Windows has an excellent opportunity for a vibrant, motivated, and enthusiastic individual to take on an Estimator position at our Bayswater location. Reporting to the Business Manager VIC/TAS, you will be part of a supportive team that is focused on giving our customers a high-quality experience and great satisfaction.
We are currently looking for a candidate who will undertake the following duties but not limited to:
- Estimating and generating customer quotes (including revisions)
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to answer questions relating to estimating requirements
- Providing support with showroom queries and processing of customer orders
- Maintaining an electronic filing system
- Collaborating with the Customer Service Manager VIC to identify and implement business improvement projects.
- Responding to all customer inquiries and producing quality solutions that satisfy all parties.
