Your new organisation's mission is to tell the story of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Australia, creating opportunities for people to encounter, engage with and be transformed by that story. The main function of this institute is to develop, preserve and provide access to a national collection of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander culture and heritage. Leading a promoting collaborations and partnerships amongst the academic research, non-government, business and government sectors and Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples in support of the other foundations of the Institute. This institute also provides advice to the Commonwealth on the situation and status of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander culture and heritage.
Your new role
As the Senior Desktop and Server Administrator (Windows Administrator), you will be primarily focused on Intune Windows 10 and 11 desktop configuration, maintenance, and third-level support. In this position, experience in Intune, Entra ID (Azure) and SOE Development is desirable but not essential. In this role you will be working under the direction of the Project Lead, provided guidance and training in SOE development, Essential 8 operating system hardening, application packaging and configuration of Intune policies.
The key skills and requirements for this role include, but are not limited to:- Windows Scripting (PowerShell)
- Microsoft Intune, Azure and Office365
- Application Packaging and Deployment
L3 & Desktop Support for the SOE Rollout.
Working with business areas on Applications & Technical Requirements for their workstations.
Troubleshooting technical issues related to Windows 10/11 Operating Systems.
What you'll need to succeed
As the successful candidate, you will have demonstrated experience and ability in:
- Proficiency troubleshooting Windows 10/11 Operating System issues.
- Desktop Support and L3 Escalation Support
- Experience with administration of Office365 and Intune.
- Understanding of the Essential 8, Maturity Level Model and ISM.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills with a customer-centric approach.
