About the role
We are now recruiting for a Product Manager with a passion for crafting exceptional products to join our dynamic Product Management team. If you are a wine enthusiast with a strong business acumen and a passion for delivering exceptional products read on.
As Product Manager, you’ll enjoy being at the forefront of shaping our product portfolio, refining existing products, and developing new product initiatives, with exposure to the entire product lifecycle (from conception to market launch, and ongoing optimisation).
This role will be a full time based in Adelaide, offering work from home 2-3 days per week.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading the development process to bring innovative wine products to market
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritise new product opportunities
- Identifying improvement areas to ensure our product portfolio remains competitive and relevant
- Conducting market research, defining product specifications, and supporting the development process for new wine products
- Establishing KPIs and metrics to measure product success and performance in the market
- Working closely with R&D, marketing, sales, and production teams to facilitate the execution of product initiatives
- Proactively maintaining comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets for all product initiatives
- Staying up to date with industry trends, consumer preferences, and competitive products in the wine market
What you’ll bring:
- Proven experience in product management, preferably within alcohol or FMCG space
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive decision-making
- Passion for wine and a deep understanding of the wine market
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements for alcoholic beverages is a plus
- Computer literacy- Microsoft applications, experience with JDE (advantageous)
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, a related field or equivalent work experience
- Australian drivers license – some travel may be required
