Do you want to be part of an amazing small team of highly motivated wine lovers? The team at Bec Hardy Wines is looking for a Finance & Administration Manager to manage the day-to-day financials and help grow our business - and that person might be you!
Established in 2015, Bec Hardy Wines (BHW) is a family-owned and operated premium wine business (producing wine for domestic and international markets) and Two-Hat restaurant based in McLaren Vale, South Australia. Bec is a 6th generation member of and the first female vigneron from one of Australia’s oldest wine families, the Hardys. Bec and her husband Richard have used their joint knowledge and experience to grow the business into new markets, expand their brand portfolio and develop The Kitchen at Bec Hardy.
Based at the company’s Bec Hardy Cellar Door and main office in McLaren Vale, this is a full-time Monday – Friday position.
Skills & Experience:
- Undergraduate degree in accounting or a related discipline
- Three years’ experience in a finance/accounting role including Payroll, BAS & IAS
- Knowledge of the Wine Equalisation Tax (WET) (preferred)
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills including Excel
- Excellent knowledge of MYOB
- Good communication and interpersonal skills and team player
- Wine industry experience is desirable
- Full Australian Drivers Licence
- Australian permanent residency or citizenship
Primary responsibilities will include:
- Accounts payable and receivable
- Payroll
- Financial reporting
- Cashflow management
