Form of workThis is a long-term contract role for an initial period of 6 months with the possibility of extension at their discretion, located at your preferred location in ACT, NSW or VIC.
As the selected candidate, you will:
- Deploy group policy and software/application patches for Windows Desktop and Server based systems.
- Work collaboratively with the IT Infrastructure and IT Security teams.
- Perform other Business as Usual (BAU) tasks.
To be successful in this role you should have:
- Experience supporting Windows Server and desktop environments.
- At least 3 years' experience with Microsoft Endpoint Manager (SCCM or Intune) deploying patches to Windows systems.
- Experience with application packaging and documenting IT processes.
- Experience supporting and administering Microsoft infrastructure roles and services (DHCP, Active Directory, DNS, Group Policy).
- Experience addressing security vulnerabilities through patching and group policy changes.
It is desirable if you have:
- Experience with Microsoft 365 Defender (ATP).
- Experience with Citrix or VMWare VDI environments.
- Experience with automating tasks using PowerShell or Azure tools.
- Experience with VMWare vSphere/ESXI and administering Office 365 & Azure tenancies.
- Experience implementing security frameworks to harden systems and software.
Due to security clearance requirements for this role, candidates must be Australian citizens with the ability to obtain a Baseline security clearance.
