Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Human Resource Administrator to provide essential administrative support across all facets of our HR and People and Culture practices. From recruitment to policy governance, safety, and employee wellbeing, this role plays a crucial part in fostering a workplace culture that reflects our organisational values.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the CFO and management team in all areas of people management.
- Oversee end-to-end recruitment practices, ensuring alignment with our values, policies, and best practices.
- Support managers in implementing induction and probation practices.
- Champion our Safety Model and Framework, promoting safe work practices and employee wellbeing.
- Assist in maintaining policies and practices to uphold workplace safety.
- Contribute to key people and culture projects and initiatives.
- Coordinate learning and development initiatives, fostering employee growth and engagement.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies, employment legislation, and terms and conditions.
Requirements:
- Tertiary qualification or relevant experience in HR administration.
- Proficiency in HR software applications and Microsoft Suite/Google Drive.
- Experience with payroll processes and related software (desirable).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to maintain a satisfactory criminal history and possess an unrestricted driver’s licence.
- Demonstrate professional conduct in line with CRANAplus values.
