Currently, we seek a Restaurant Manager who shares our passion for providing a memorable dining experience, mirroring the warmth and care of a Nonna towards her loved ones and guests.
Roles and responsibilities of our Restaurant Manager include:
• Working alongside chefs to create and strategize menus.
• Coordinate daily front-of-house and back-of-house restaurant operations.
• Organizing and overseeing special events.
• Organise and supervise shifts.
• Ensuring dining spaces is properly maintained and adhere to health regulations at all times.
• Gathering feedback from customers to assess satisfaction levels and respond efficiently and accurately to any customer complaints.
• Handling procurement and pricing within allocated budgets.
• Monitoring inventory levels and financial transactions to ensure cashflow and reduce wastage.
• Provide staff feedback to improve productivity.
• Recruiting, training, and supervising staff for both front-of-house and kitchen duties.
• Potentially managing reservations, greeting guests, and aiding with order placement.
You must be an Australian citizen or permanent resident to apply.
Skills and Qualifications:
• AQF Associate Degree, Advanced Diploma or Diploma (ANZSCO Skill Level 2) or at least 3 years of relevant experience.
