This role comes with a plenty of variety and the chance to get highly sought after experience. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to;
- menu planning and costing
- ordering and receiving stock
- covering breakfast and lunch shifts
- general kitchen duties
What are we looking for?
Our ideal candidate will have the following;
- Experience and qualification as a chef
- Ability to perform in a busy kitchen
- Passion for food and providing a good experience
- A desire to work and play in the snow for the winter season
