Form of workAs a WordPress Developer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining WordPress websites, implementing custom features, and ensuring high-quality code standards. Additionally, we are looking for someone with a keen eye for design who can collaborate effectively in a team environment while also possessing the ability to self-manage tasks efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain WordPress websites and applications using best practices.
- Implement custom themes and plugins using Roots Sage/Blade, ensuring high performance and scalability.
- Collaborate with designers to translate designs into functional and responsive websites.
- Build custom Gutenberg Blocks to enhance content editing experiences.
- Integrate third-party APIs to extend website functionality.
- Troubleshoot and debug issues to ensure seamless website performance.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to propose innovative solutions.
- Work closely with team members to meet project deadlines and deliver high-quality work.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a WordPress Developer with a portfolio of relevant projects.
- Proficiency in Roots Sage/Blade, Laravel, ACF, and building Gutenberg Blocks.
- Strong understanding of PHP, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Experience with custom API integrations and working with RESTful APIs.
- Familiarity with version control systems such as Git.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
