Role
HR Advisor - 4 month contract with an Immediate Start available - Must have Workday and be available to start immediately
Qualifications & experience
- 2-5 years + of HR generalist and advisory experience within a fast-paced corporate l business.
- Strong preference or experience using Workday.
- Previous experience working in HR admin role
- Ability to work autonomously with a leader who trusts
- Strong understanding of employee lifecycle – including employee contracts, termination, organisation management and workforce change (solid understanding of Fair Work)
- Previous experience drafting contracts and working with policies, interpreting EBA
- High attention to detail, strong communication skills and problem solving.
Tasks & responsibilities
- Work in a large HR function and support the Senior HR team with administration support.
- Drafting new contracts and actioning termination requests
- Coach leaders on their people matters by providing recommendations and options on how to manage issues.
- Support leaders with probation matters, performance or conduct matters, complex policy or EBA interpretation, remuneration, wellbeing concerns, interpersonal conflict within the team.
