What do you do?
- Implement our clients model of HR through project-based implementation
- Work closely with each client either from the office or client site
- Provide advice on Modern Award and Enterprise Agreement terms
- Handle performance management, employee engagement and employee relations needs
- Conduct onboarding sessions for new employees
- Manage the employee lifecycle, from recruitment to offboarding
- Provide bespoke solutions specific to client needs
- Assist with recruitment and selection activities as required
What do you need:
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in an HR role
- Tertiary qualification aligned with the role
- Proficiency in payroll processes and understanding of Modern Awards
- Strong employee relations and change management experience
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build strong working relationships
- High attention to detail and excellent report writing skills
