Form of workUFS Healthcare is recruiting for a full-time Work Health Coordinator to work out of our Doveton Street Medical Centre.
UFSWork Health is an independent business unit operating within UFS Medical. UFSWork Health is a business service, providing medical assessments, injurymanagement and testing to the corporate market and industry. The Work HealthCoordinator is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the operationalrequirements of the unit, and importantly developing and executing strategiesto proactively grow the business and identify new and emerging keystakeholders.

Working in conjunction and under the direction of the Practice Manager, the Work Health Coordinator is responsible for overseeing and managing the operational requirements of the unit.
Key Competencies
- Excellent computer literacy with a specific focus on the medical industry.
- Demonstrated excellent customer/patient focused approach to service provision.
- Experience in managing financial systems, including controlling debtors and creditors.
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills including written, verbal and the ability to work as a member of a high functioning team in a busy environment.
- A commitment to a continuing quality improvement environment approach to all organisational activities and an ability to develop the Practice standards to achieve and maintain accreditation.
