The Role
Reporting through to the Leadership Team, you’ll collaborate with key business stakeholders to ensure all WHS practices are embedded and maintained. This will include:

• Creating, updating, overseeing implementation and adherence to relevant policies and procedures
• Supporting managers with understanding of WHS requirements and responsibilities
• Following up on incident reports and investigations
• Fostering a culture of compliance through clear, consistent communication, training and development
• Conducting routine audits to ensure adherence to various policies
• Performing Return to Work Coordinator duties
• Following up with Managers on incident reports and investigations
• Process improvement activities across the division
• Provide general, HR administrative support as required e.g. assisting with contracts, onboarding and policies

About You

• Experience working in a WHS or OHS role where you’ve been capable of working autonomously
• Comfortable picking up general HR administration tasks to support the broader function
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with leaders across the organisation to influence positive workplace behaviour and compliance with various WHS/OHS requirements
• Strong attention to detail, well organised and comfortable managing multiple tasks and competing priorities
• Relevant qualifications and certifications in WHS, OHS, HR or related field
