As an Administration Officer holding a Quality Assurance and Work Health Safety portfolio, your primary responsibility is to oversee the smooth administrative operations of a site, supporting the Regional Administration Manager and Operations Manager in Quality Assurance, and Work Health and safety matters to ensure compliance with medical imaging practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Efficiently manage day-to-day administration activities at the designated site.
- Ensure adherence to all relevant policies and procedures within your area of responsibility.
- Provide guidance and leadership to fellow medical imaging administration personnel.
- Compile and submit WHS and QA documentation as directed.
- Execute all clerical and reception duties at the practice diligently.
- Participate in Quality audits and WHS assessments as instructed by the respective teams.
- Communicate workplace protocols and instructions to team members as needed.
- Handle a variety of routine administration tasks proficiently.
- Identify and resolve challenges that arise within the WHS and Quality framework in a complex environment.
