Workday & Reporting Specialist

Are you looking for your next exciting new project? If you have experience with the implementation and configuration of Workday, we want to hear from you!

Fostering a culture of continuous learning, this financial services organisation is looking to initially hire on a 12-month basis, with the possibility of becoming permanent.

You will also enjoy the ability to work from home up to 3 days a week.

The Role:

• Ongoing management, development, and maintenance of Workday;
• Managing system queries from the wider business;
• Producing and rolling out learning content;
• Reporting on functionality, usage, data etc;
• Providing leadership and direction to employees; and
• Suggesting improvement initiatives.

To Be Successful:

• Previous experience with the implementation and configuration of Workday;
• Ability to guide and coach employees;
• Collaborative approach; and
• A strong problem solving mindset.
